The routine meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was convened on this 15th of September, 2023. The meeting was presided over Mr. Brown, with members present of homeowners in attendance.
After call to order, the transcripts from the previous meeting were examined and approved with a few amendments.
- Ms. Jones, gave a concise financial report outlining the current state of the homeowner association's funds.
- Several homeowners raised questions regarding ongoing developments in the neighborhood, such as the proposed tennis court construction and parking regulations.
- President Smith addressed the homeowner's queries, providing information about the projects.
Following the conversation, the meeting was adjourned. The next HOA meeting is scheduled for October , 2023.

Considered Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants
The Board of Directors is at this time examining several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed modifications are designed to strengthen the quality of life for all residents while resolving present concerns and encouraging a thriving community.
- Within the proposed amendments are guidelines related to exterior aesthetics, noise ordinances, and automobile limits.
- The HOA encourages all residents to review the proposed amendments meticulously and submit their comments by August 15th.
- An open forum will be arranged on September 8th to discuss the proposed amendments in further elaboration.
Further information regarding the proposed amendments can be accessed on the HOA's digital portal. Residents are highly recommended to participate here in this important process.
Sherwood Lakes Community Beautification Project
Our passionate community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a more vibrant place to live. The Beautification Project aims to improve the visual appeal of our community by planting flowers, cleaning up public areas, and encouraging a sense of pride.
We're consistently working on numerous projects, including the revitalization of our central park. We invite you to participate in making Sherwood Lakes a truly beautiful place to call home.

HOA Board Election Information - Sherwood Lakes
Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is happening soon. This year, we encourage all homeowners to get involved in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.
The election will be held on Monday, October 16th, with voting taking place from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Neighborhood Clubhouse.
A list of those vying for positions and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and distributed via email/sent to residents in a packet by October 1st. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please send an email to the HOA. We look forward to a successful and democratic election!
Community Security Project for Sherwood Lakes Residents
Enhance the safety and security of our thriving community with a dedicated Neighborhood Watch program. Through collaboratively participating, residents can help deter crime, watch over one another's homes, and foster a more secure sense of community. Sessions will be held consistently to share information.
